This program fit’s all levels, for people that never did a handstand in their life or people that already have a free and stand and just want to improve their technique.
4 Skype video sessions, 1 session per week for 30 minutes that we will use to:
- Explain and show handstand fundamentals
- Correct and improve technique
- Set goals for the coming month and week.
